Backup data :
- Before installing a new version of Arithmogiciel, we recommend that you back up the data of the people you have entered.
- Go to the main « Menu » and click on « Backup ».
- An « arithmo-save.txt » file will be placed on your desktop.
- Copy it to a USB key for security.
Restore data :
- After installing the new version of Arithmogiciel, you can recover your saved data.
- Place the file « arithmo-save.txt » on your desktop.
- Go to the main « Menu » and click on « Restore ».
- The data will be directly added to existing data in your new software.
Windows: reattachment of access rights to the Arithmogiciel folder:
- The software may not start properly under certain Windows configurations.
- You can easily surrender the rights according to the attached procedure.
Mac: reattachment of access rights to the Arithmogiciel folder:
- The software may not start properly under some Mac configurations.
- You can easily surrender the rights according to the attached procedure.
Windows: Does my computer run the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?
- In general, PCs purchased since 2011-2012 are already running in 64-bit mode.
Computers running Windows XP
- Click Start, right-click My Computer, and select Properties.
- If « x64 Edition » appears under System, you are using the 64-bit version of Windows XP.
- If « x64 Edition » does not appear under System, you are using the 32-bit version of Windows XP.
- The edition of Windows XP that you run is displayed under System at the top of the window.
Computers running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10
- Click the Start button, then right-click Computer and select Properties.
- If « 64-bit Operating System » appears next to System Type, it means that you are running the 64-bit version of Windows.
- If « 32-bit Operating System » appears next to System Type, it means that you are running the 32-bit version of Windows.
- The Windows edition you are running appears under Windows Edition at the top of the window.
